"People who love to eat are always the best people." - Julia Child

Hello there!

This personal online food diary belongs to a little girl that lives on the sunny island of Singapore where it is always summer and eating is a major hobby of almost every Singaporean. Nothing complicated about this girl.. pretty much WYSIWYG, typical Singaporean. She is ready to accept people at face value. Likewise for food. Until she learns her lessons. Nevertheless, she is a very kind-hearted and nice girl lah.

She is a very simple girl who only has two passions in life: her work and good food. On weekdays, she deals with heavily serious stuff, life vs death issues at work and trying to come up with solutions to solve the world's problems. Misinterpreting her boss's advice on work-life balance to be work-eat balance, she embarks on a journey of a small small girl in this world trying to eat up the big big world on weekends.

So to answer the million-dollar question of eat to live or live to eat, she sits on the fence: she eats to live on weekdays, and lives to eat on weekends.

She tries to keep records of the good food she ate in this blog because she is an organised person and she is a kind-hearted person who believes that sharing is caring. This is also a place where she talks about her friends, family (click here), adventurous eats (click here), travels (click here, here and here) and the love of her life (click here). She is heavily biased towards Japanese cuisine, hawker food (her fave is Char Kway Teow), fried food, matcha, pizza, pasta, and anything fruity.

I would strongly advise you to read this diary with caution and do not follow her unsustainable suicidal eating habits.
